Today I did good adulting. I know it’s overrated and all but this blog reminded me of the contradictory nature of life. Especially it seems to me as life in communciating with Âûtistics.
I expect to be misunderstood and stuff up the whole communication thing when dealing with NT’s but I suppose there is an inmate home, that communication difficulties with my fellow Âûtists is something I hope shouldn’t happen. Naive I guess because clearly it does happen.
In my social media forays over the last 24 hours or so I have had intense communication difficulties with other Âûtists who want to argue that I should somehow feel sorry for Autism $peaks because we Âûtistics are bullying them, I have to say, WTF.
Another experience was to see a friend taking to task and bullied on a thread for daring to criticise a strategy used by an “autism mommy” and it seems hell hath no fury like…
The fury in this case resulted in a blog post completely focused on justification of the strategy and character assassinating the person that dared critique…
It just all goes to show, Do but don’t…
